Delivery cost shown in the listings is for UK mainland only! The following post codes have an extra cost, please contact us for a quote with your post code before buying.
Scottish Highlands- postcodes AB, FK, IV, KW, PA & PH.
Scottish islands- postcodes HS, KA & ZE.
All Northern Ireland BT postcodes.
All republic of Ireland postcodes.
The Channel Islands & isle of man.
Small items
We offer free standard (1-2 business days) delivery to all UK mainland for small items under 20 KG. These items will be sent with either DPD or DHL. Tracking information will be available once the item is dispatched. Please note that couriers require that someone be present to sign for all packages. If nobody is available for the package, the courier will leave, and delivery will be failed. The courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour and failing that will attempt the delivery to be delayed. If customer fails to receive or fails to contact the courier, the parcel will be returned to us at the customers` expense.
Medium items
For medium sized items such as front wings, the delivery charge will be £25. This is a 1-2 business day service. These items will be sent with either DPD or DHL. Tracking information will be available once the item is dispatched. Please note that couriers require that someone be present to sign for all packages. If nobody is available for the package, the courier will leave, and delivery will be failed. The courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour and failing that will attempt the delivery to be delayed. If customer fails to receive or fails to contact the courier, the parcel will be returned to us at the customers` expense.
Large items
All large or heavy items including: body panels (doors, bumpers, bonnets, tailgates), engines, gearboxes, axles, suspension components & airbag kits will be delivered on a pallet.
If you are ordering any large or heavy items from us please make sure your delivery address is accessible for a 7.5 tonne truck & you have somewhere for the pallet to be put.
The pallet delivery will be "kerbside" so the pallet will be delivered to the front of your property not you're front door. The delivery driver will not remove the goods from the pallet, it is the buyer’s responsibility to dispose of the pallet.
Pallet deliveries are a "1 chance" delivery, so please make sure someone is at the delivery address to accept the item. If no one is at the address the pallet will be returned to the nearest depot and must be collect from there by the buyer. Or a re-delivery charge of £30 will need to be paid.
The charge for pallet delivery is £50 and the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

3. Returns and Warranty
Please note we provide 30 days warranty for all parts – all our parts are tested and marked before dispatch. Any attempt to return item that wasn’t sold by us will be reported to local authorities.
If you want to cancel the order, the Product has been supplied in error, ordered in error or damaged we advise you to follow the following procedure:
- Please contact us and receive authorisation for return.
- Secure the Product and all of the original packaging materials including invoice in either the original box.
- Post it to the address which you’ll get in step 1.
Returns for Products bought in error are simple; but are subject to certain rules:
- 15% Admin and handling fee will apply to your return.
- You shall be liable for the cost incurred in returning Products to us and we shall not be obliged to accept any product if such costs have not been paid in full.
- Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and undamaged. Damaged goods due to your negligence will not be accepted for refund.
Once the Product has been returned refunds will be made in the original payment method.
All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the Products. Returns take up to 3 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
